Joel Schoenbach

Joel Schoenbach was born in Fort Leonardwood Missouri and moved to Las Vegas after graduating from high school in Hawaii. He attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and majored in Film Studies where he won numerous awards at their annual film festivals and 48-hour film competitions during his 4-year stay.  His short films have shown at the CineVegas International Film Festival (2003- 2007, 2009), Jersey Shore Film Festival  (2007) and the Underground Vegas Film Festival (2006). His recent film, The Unfortunate Story of a Lost Soul 2, played at the Nevada Showcase in the 2009 CineVegas Film Festival.  His personal best for solving a Rubik’s Cube is 2 minutes and 2 seconds.
